Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month was established in 1949 to increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness in Americans' lives, and to celebrate recovery from mental illness. Mental health is essential for a person's overall health. NAMI’s "You Are Not Alone" campaign aims to inspire others, educate the public and fight the mental health stigma. Through a Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. collaboration, in the state of Delaware, we answer the call to inspire, educate and join the fight to support those living with mental illness.
